Tribal Council #4
Chavin Tribe
Host Sandy: Welcome New Chavin! Because of your challenge loss - it's time to send the fourth person home. As always we'll start Tribal Council off with a few question. Erik, what were your first thoughts when you found out Kirin had picked a new Chavin tribe? Are you happy to have ended up on this side of things?
Erik: I was shocked at the timing! I was totally expecting a switch up but not for at least another round....I was happy with Kirin picking cause I think she picked a great tribe and put me on it :]. And yes I'm happy with the side I'm on, I feel like both the new and old people are cool and a lot of fun.
Host Sandy: Alyssa, what are your thoughts on the performance in the last challenge?
Alyssa: I think we did as well as we could. Not everyone was on and stuff, so it's whatever. Chico deserved it.
Host Sandy: Brittany, tell me a bit of strategy that's gone into making this vote tonight.
Brittany: My vote is basically based on talking with a few of the tribe members, and again alot of hearsay... and basically someone throwing others under the imaginary bus.
Host Sandy: Caydie, a few days ago Joey was voted out. What was your initial reaction when you saw him walking out of the game?
Caydie: I was so pissed, i felt backstabbed... i had an alliance with him, and felt he shouldn't have been the target.
Host Sandy: Matt F, this is your third Tribal Council in a row - getting used to this routine?
Matt Freeman: Haha, sure.
Host Sandy: Kylee, what do you think of your new tribe, opposed to the all yournger person tribe?
Kylee: I love the new tribe. It is nice to get some new faces. We come into these games looking to meet people and make friends, and this tribal switch allowed us to meet more, and potentially make more friends. If the switch wouldn't have happened, then we may have not gotten to meet some of them.
Host Sandy: Kirin, you were put on the spot when you were told to select new tribes. How did that feel? What was going through your mind when choosing?
Kirin: It felt weird picking new tribes but at the same time I liked it. I was just thinking of who I could put on our tribe to keep it strong!
Host Sandy: Erik, what are you basing your vote on now four rounds into the game?
Erik: As always, basing my vote on what's best for me in the future! Hopefully this vote will not only get rid of someone I feel definitely needs to leave right now, but also help show where people stand and who I can trust.
Host Sandy: Alyssa, le'ts talk about a few days ago. What was your inital reaction when you saw the tribes were switched up?
Alyssa: I was nervous. And i decided I'd kill myself if I were on a tribe with ginny pig.
Host Sandy: Matt F, what do you think of your new tribe as a whole?
Matt Freeman: They suck. Ugh, I hate being with the young kids. There's only one cool one.
Host Sandy: Kylee, what are you basing your vote on tonight?
Kylee: I am basing my vote on two things. First, I am basing it on what is best for the tribe to do well in future challenges. I am also basing my vote on what is better for me and my game.
Host Sandy: Brittany, you were switched over from Norte Chico, how has your time been so far on this new team?
Brittany: well honestly, for me it is like a new life. I think that with all that went down at norte chico's last tribal council i wouldn't have stuck around much longer because a supposed ally made a "power" move that probably would have had me out of this game alot earlier then I would like. I was really happy to be moved over here, but I am feeling nervous as I am not one of the original tribe mates. I do want to gain their trust though. I tried my best to win this competition, but that didn't work and here we are unfortunately.
Host Sandy: Caydie, How do you feel about your position on this new tribe?
Caydie: I hope they give me a fresh start, i think we're all trying to get to know each other...
Host Sandy: Thanks Chavin. One person didn't vote properly - therefore a vote was cast against themself. Another self vote at this person will be removed from the game. Once the votes are read the decision is final, the person voted out will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately. That person will become the first castaway voted out Peru. I'll read the votes...
First vote...
Second vote...
Third vote...
We're tied. One vote each for both Matt's + Alyssa...
Fourth vote...
Fifth vote...
Sixth vote...
Seventh vote...
Fourth person voted out of iSurv1vor Peru...
I'm sorry Matt Freeman....after 12 days out here in Peru...THE TRIBE HAS SPOKEN!
You need to bring me your torch.
*Snuffs Matt Freeman's Torch*
Please post some final words in your Journal. Take a look back on your short time in the game - express yourself. I'm pretty sure you didn't expect things to end this way, sorry it had to be you man. I had high expectations for you - you were on your way to fill our Villian role here in Peru - it's a shame you didn't get to fully enjoy the game. Thanks for applying once again Matty. You're my lover - you know that. I love you mucho el grandoid. This may be the last of you here in iSurv1vor, but it's definitely not the last of you in the ORG world. See you on Facebook buddy.
As for the rest of Chavin. Ya'll can head back to camp and await the next challenge.
